Iasia Norton- Gardner, MA

From an early age, I developed a deep appreciation for the importance of mental health after seeing loved ones navigate mental illness. Those experiences sparked my curiosity about human behavior, healing, and resilience, and they continue to shape the compassionate approach I bring to my work today. My background as a supervisor in the United States Air Force and as a certified Mental Resilience Instructor has strengthened my commitment to promoting mental wellness in high-stress environments. These experiences have deepened my understanding of resilience, leadership, and the importance of meeting each person with empathy and practical support.

My academic journey in psychology led me to pursue a PsyD in Clinical Psychology at the National Louis University, Florida School of Professional Psychology, where I continue to build the knowledge and skills needed to support individuals with care, respect, and understanding.

My clinical interests include working with individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders, military service members and veterans, and people who have been impacted by trauma, stress, or major life transitions. I strive to create a welcoming, supportive space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered as they move toward growth and well-being.

Outside of my professional interests, I enjoy exercising, volunteering, cooking, traveling, and spending meaningful time with friends.
