I became a therapist because I understand how heavy life can feel and how transformative it is when someone truly sits with you in it. At the heart of my work is the healing relationship. Meaningful change happens when clients feel deeply respected and understood. Whether we are processing anxiety, depression, identity development, trauma, or addiction, my goal is to create a collaborative space grounded in curiosity, steadiness, and care.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in empowerment, healing, and growth. Therapy should feel like a space where you can slow down, reconnect with your strengths, and take ownership of your story in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.

My clinical work began in addiction counseling within an opiate treatment setting, where I have spent over four years supporting individuals navigating substance use, trauma, anxiety, and depression. That experience shaped my trauma-informed lens and strengthened my belief in human resilience. Additionally, it taught me the importance of presence — showing up consistently, compassionately, and without judgment.

I have worked with adolescents and adults and am especially drawn to creative and expressive approaches. I integrate person-centered therapy, narrative therapy and expressive art interventions to help clients explore emotions that may feel difficult to articulate.

As I continue growing in this field, I remain committed to staying present, reflective, and deeply attuned to each client’s journey.

Outside of the therapy room, I value time with family, being near the water, and enjoying a nice meal!
